Andrew David Eurich I, 87, of Hampton Twp., formerly of Wisner Twp., our hardworking father passed away on May 9, 2017 at Heartland Health Care Center-Hampton. Andrew was born in Wisner Twp. on March 23, 1930 to the late John and Margaret (Schmall) Eurich. Andrew retired from General Motors after a 42 year career. He enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, and watching the Detroit Tigers. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Sandy Fick, Russell (Teri) Eurich, Andrew (Sharon) Eurich II, and Lisa Eurich; grandchildren, Jessica (John) Simpson, Melissa (Hans) Cornelius, Jeremy Strawn, Benjamin Strawn, Andrew (Melissa) Eurich III, and Matt Eurich; great-grandchildren, Gracelynn and Logan Cornelius, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to his parents, Andrew was welcomed home to heaven by his infant son, David; granddaughter, Kelly Jo Eurich; siblings, Frieda Steehl, Margaret Tietz, Elizabeth Alexander, Emma Blehm, Catherine Peters, Ann VanOchten, John Eurich, Walter Eurich, and Carl Eurich. We are so sorry to hear of Uncle Andy’s passing. We always enjoyed running into talking with him at Meijers while shopping. He kept us informed of the family news. We also miss seeing him and your family at the reunions in Sebewaing. Please accept our condolences.

Mr. Andy was such a nice man. I’ll always remember my cousins and I bringing him and Aunt Norma Christmas cookies while we were at our grandma’s house next-door. Sending my sympathies to his family and friends. God bless.
