Arthur H. Marti

Passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014. Age 89 years. Arthur was born August 21, 1924 in Kochville to the late Raymond and Elsie Marti. He married Eleanor Butzin and they shared 65 years together. She survives him. Arthur served his country in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He worked for Consumers Power for many years and was a member of First Presbyterian Church. He also enjoyed sports. Surviving besides his wife, are numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother and sister, Donald and Violet. A committal service will take place at 1 pm Monday, July 28, 2014 at Oakwood Mausoleum. Memorial offerings may be made to Hospice of Michigan. Arrangements in care of Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home.
