Diane Marie LeBrun Dishaw, 61, of Bay City, our loving and devoted sister, aunt and friend was born into eternal life on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at her home. Diane was born in Bay City on February 16, 1953, the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Della (Petrvalsky) LeBrun. Diane graduated from Garber High School and went on to work for many years at Brown & Son Roofing. Diane had a true love and zest for life, was always there for her family and friends and enjoyed living a stress free life. An excellent cook, Diane was happiest when entertaining others. She will forever be missed by her dog, Shilo, whom she loved dearly. Her strong and loving spirit, along with her generous ways will live on in the hearts of her family and friends for generations to come. Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, Janet and husband, Doug Cote and David and wife, Darcee LeBrun. Diane was the beloved sister-in-law of Susan LeBrun, Dale Confer and Sharon LeBrun. She also leaves behind her dear friend, Lenny Dishaw, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, Diane was welcomed home to heaven by her siblings, Betty Confer, Thomas LeBrun and Daniel LeBrun. Diane's family will be present to receive visitors on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 from 10:00 AM until her 11:00 AM Memorial Liturgy at St. Jude Thaddeus Parish (St. John the Evangelist), 614 Pine St., Essexville. Memorial contributions in memory of Diane may be directed to the wishes of the family. The entire family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to Diane's many caregivers and Heartland Hospice for their constant support and compassionate care. Final arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd., Hampton Twp.
