Evelyn E. Kwaiser

Passed away Saturday April 10, 2010 following a short illness. Age 86 years. Evelyn Eileen Percy was born January 14, 1924 to the late Louis and Rosa (Lorenger) Percy. She married Raynor Kwaiser December 6, 1947. He predeceased her December 20, 1980. Evelyn was a member of St. Marks Lutheran Church. She worked as a hair stylist and had her shop in her home for 45 years. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening and loved the outdoors.Evelyn is survived by four children, Randy Kwaiser, Renee (Gene) Foote, Ross Kwaiser, and Reid Kwaiser; four grandchildren, Greg Foote, Kim (Kris) Hollenback, Melissa Kwaiser, and Dustin Kwaiser; one sister, Frances Fent; and other loving family members and friends. She was predeceased by her son, Roger Kwaiser, eight brothers, and one sister.Funeral service will take place 11AM Tuesday April 20, 2010 at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home on S. Midland Rd. (M47). Pastor Edward Meyer will officiate with interment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Friends are welcome to gather with the family on Monday from 2-5 and 7-9 PM and on Tuesday one hour before the service.
