James I. Morford

Passed away Tuesday April 20, 2010. Age 91 years. James I. Morford was born October 22, 1918 in Osceola Junction, Michigan to the late Frank and Cora (White) Morford. He married Wilda Wilcoxson August 2, 1942. She survives him. He was a member of Warren Ave. Presbyterian Church.Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Judy (Gary) Riffelmacher and Sandra (Tom) Surfus; grandchildren, Tim Riffelmacher, David (Jennifer) Riffelmacher, Kathryn Riffelmacher, Rebekah (Scott) Merritt, Deborah (Brent) Fedderson, Keren (Daniel) Dance, and James (Mandy) Surfus; great grandchildren, Codey and Casey Riffelmacher, Karyn Merritt, Svetlanna and Malachi Fedderson, and Abigail and Cora Dance; one sister, Lucille Kidder; one brother-in-law, Robert Wilcoxson; one sister-in-law, Joyce Morford; and many nieces and nephews.Funeral service will take place 2PM Monday April 26, 2010 at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home on S. Midland Rd. (M47). Rev. Thomas B. Cundiff will officiate with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are welcome to gather with the family from 11AM Monday until the time of service.
