Jeanette Stagray, 86, of Essexville, our loving, caring, and helpful grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend was born into eternal life on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Bay Medical Care Facility. Jeanette was born in Essexville on June 28, 1932, the daughter of the late Leo J. and Antoinette (LaLonde) Bouchard. On May 14, 1949, Jeanette was united in marriage to Norman “Stub” Stagray, who preceded her in death in 1994. Jeanette worked at Bay Medical Care Facility for 30 years and enjoyed crafting and playing cards, especially UNO and Euchre. A devout Catholic, Jeanette woke up every morning at 5:00 AM and prayed until 7:00 AM, reciting rosaries, novenas, and praying for the well being of those she loved. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Jude Thaddeus Parish, where she was active in the Altar Society, League of Catholic Women & Men, assisted with funeral luncheons, and helped with cookies after Sunday Mass. Her faithful and devoted ways will always live on. Jeanette leaves to cherish her memory, her grandchildren, Matthew (Rebecca) Stagray and Tanya (Brady) Ricks; daughter-in-law, Mary Stagray; great-grandchildren, Kallen Stagray and Nolan Ricks; siblings, Rose (Tom) Marchand, Marylee (Charles) Militello, Leo G.
