April 27, 1950 ~ March 20, 2023
Jesus “Jesse” Maldonado, 72, of Bay City, our beloved, kind-hearted, gentle, and full of life Husband, Father, Papa, brother, uncle, and friend to many passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023 with his loving family by his side.
Jesse was born in Crystal City, Texas on April 27, 1950, the son of the late Josè and Mary (Villegas) Maldonado Sr.
Jesse was a graduate from Bay City Central High School. One night years ago, he met the former Lisa M. Warczynski; they dated, fell in love, and were united in marriage on December 18, 2012. While it wasn’t enough time, they were lucky enough to have over 26 years together. Jesse was the best Father and Papa to his family. He was the cornerstone and glue that kept the family together. Meeting with his siblings weekly was one of his greatest priorities. He enjoyed going to his grandchildren’s sporting events. Jesse was a meticulous yard and garden tender. When Jesse wasn’t behind the grill cooking for his family, you could find him and his fur baby companion, Gabe, either out walking miles or cruising in his big Ram truck.
To carry on his legacy, Jesse leaves his loving wife, Lisa; children, Renee (Timothy) Klein, Jesus Maldonado Jr., and Stacie Rae (Adam)Dixon; grandchildren, Bryana Ruppert, Arianna Maldonado, Brayden Dixon, Alejandro Maldonado, Haydon Dixon, and Braxton Maldonado; great-grandchildren, Elijah Danks and Renleigh Krueger; siblings, Andy (Fee) Maldonado, Mary Artibee, Jose (Irene) Maldonado, Robert Maldonado, Rudy (Maggie) Maldonado, and Rosalena (Rudy II) Facundo; brother-in-law, Douglas (Chris) Warczynski; sister-in-law, Rebecca Warczynski, and nieces, Sarah (Nicholas) Meyer, Tiala Warczynski, and Shaylin Warczynski. Jesse was welcomed home to heaven by his parents and his brother and sister.
Jesse’s family will be present to receive visitors on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 2:00 PM until his 6:00 PM Funeral Ceremony at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 821 N. Pine Rd., between Ridge & Center.
