John P. Jerry

Passed away at home Wednesday, April 22, 2009 following a lengthy illness. Age 65 years. John was born April 30, 1943 in Saginaw to Louis A. and Wilma J. (Fehn) Jerry. Surviving are his children: Carla (Glenn) Martin, Merrill, Richard Peterson, Saginaw, and Nadine Jerry, Tennessee; five brothers: Robert L. (Patricia) Jerry, Merrill, Michael S. (Kathy) Jerry, Sanford, Paul W. Jerry, Fife Lake, Kenneth L. Jerry, Midland, and William J. Jerry, Hemlock; two sisters: Pamela A. (Harvey) Mattson, Breckenridge, and Katherine L. (BuddY) Smith, Hemlock; his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many loved nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. John was predeceased by his parents; three brothers: Garrett "Joe" Jerry, James C. Jerry, and Ronald Jerry; and his sister, Nadine (Jane) Trepkowski. Funeral service will take place 2PM Monday, April 27, 2009 at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home on S. Midland Road (M-47). Interment will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Hemlock. Friends and family are welcome to visit from 10AM until the time of service on Monday. Memorial offerings may be made to the American Cancer Society.
