Kuznicki, Leopold K. – of Saginaw, age 91, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at 91 years of age. Leo was born July 5, 1925, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Theafield and Minnie (Fierbach) Kuznicki. He had been a Saginaw resident for most of his life. Leo was a World War II (Europe) U.S. Army veteran. He returned to marry Shirley Owen on May 28, 1949. Shirley preceded him in death in 1996. Leo was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church (Court and Bonds Streets) in Saginaw. He retired from Consumers Power (Consumers Energy) after a 33-year career. Leo has one surviving brother, Richard Lane; He also leaves 5 children: Randall (Ellen), Wendy Braman, Kerry (Cindy), Barry (Vicky), and Rodney (Barb). He was also blessed with 14 grandchildren: Scott, Rachael, Cara, Greg, Bradley, Bryan, Katlyn, Benjamin, Kelsey, Sarah, Jenna, Joshua, Kelly, and Kyle; Leo also has 15 great grandchildren: Matthew, Genevieve, Cooper, Aiden, Kayla, Cassidy, Brandi, Emma, Jordynne, Abigail, David, Michael, Selah, Raelynn, and Rick; Also many grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at the Reitz – Herzberg Funeral Home – 1550 Midland Rd. in Saginaw. Pastor Carl Otto officiating. Entombment in Roselawn Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 PM and on Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of the service.
