Lori Lee Migut, 54, of Essexville, our amazing, loving and devoted mother, sister, aunt and friend was born into eternal life on the morning of Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor after a courageous battle with cancer. Lori was born in Bay City on September 25, 1960, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Elsie (Coppinger) Reid. At a bingo, she happened to meet Marion A. "Peanut" Migut. They dated, fell in love and were united in marriage on May 30, 1992. Sadly, Peanut preceded Lori in death on July 11, 2014. In addition to Bingo, Lori loved the music of Kenny Rogers and enjoyed Relay for Life, bonfires, races, cards and dice games. Her awesome and courageous personality will live on in the hearts of her family and friends for generations to come. Left to cherish her memory are her "two girls," Ashley (Morgan) and Rachel (Jordan). She is also survived by her furbabies, Bianca, Jaxx and Baylee and siblings, Dennis (Linda) Reid, Frank Reid, David Reid, Pat (Richard) Duford, Delann (Keith) Walker, Kathy Lamb; special friends, Art and Char Johnroe, along with many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents and her husband, Lori was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Marion C. and Margaret D. (Nowak) Migut; sister, Terry Reid and aunt, Marge Bedell. Lori's family will be present to receive visitors on Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Vigil for the Deceased at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd., Hampton Twp. On Monday, March 9, 2015, Lori will be taken to Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish (St. Hyacinth), 1515 Cass Ave., Bay City, where visiting will continue from 9:00 AM until the time of her 10:00 AM Funeral Liturgy. Fr. Jerzy Dobosz will officiate with cremation to follow. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family. 1. My dear little angel (Lori) There are so many memories to share that there is not enough paper to write them all down. But they are all locked up in my heart & mind. You fought with all you had sis, never giving up.But when it was your time to go I could see the peacefulness, in your face. That gave me the strength to let go, that you were in a better place. The ache in my heart will one day be gone, but the memories of the love, compasion, strength, you had for others will live on forever in your memory. So enjoy the rest you so deserve, And soar high above the clouds, as you look down on us that were left behind, keep us safe and without fear that our time will come one day to soar with you and fly “Rings Around the Moon”. For ever in my Heart. Eternal rest sis. Lil Bro. Dave.

My deepest condolences to you in the loss of your mother. May she rest in peace with your father. You have 2 special angels in heaven now watching over you and your sister. May God bless you both and give you strength and with time may peace replace your grief.
    Sincerely,

  7. Dear Ashley & Rachel,
I’m so sorry for your loss. I grew up with your Dad & his brother Frank. I never knew your Mom but I’m sure she was a wonderful person & I can not imagine the grief you have had to bear losing both of your parents. My thoughts & prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. I hope soon good memories of time spent together will replace the sadness you feel today. “Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.”
    God Bless you both.
