On Monday, August 10, 2015, Lydia Weisheim Androl, our generous and devoted mother, Nana, sister, aunt and friend went home to Heaven to be with her Lord and Savior at Heartland - Hampton, age 94. Lydia was born in Eaton, Colorado on July 14, 1921, the daughter of the late John and Anna (Walter) Weisheim. Her family later moved to Wisner. Lydia was united in marriage to John Androl in November of 1940. They were faithful farmers until he preceded her in death on September 12, 1977. Known for her love for her family, Lydia's devotion to her family was unwavering. She also enjoyed watching her Detroit Tigers, playing bingo, dancing and enjoying nature (especially the beautiful fall leaves). Lydia's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends for generations to come. She leaves to cherish her memory her two daughters, Judith Urbine of Essexville and Jacalyn and husband, Daniel Mazur of Essexville. She was the supportive and caring Nana of John Mazur of Sahuarita, AZ and Abby and husband, Sean O'Hare of Bay City and the loving great-nana of Adelina Mazur and Kane O'Hare. Also surviving are her sisters-in-law, Donna Androl of Akron and Betty Jane Weisheim of Bay City; Godson, Frank E. Androl of Akron, along with many special nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, Lydia was welcomed home to heaven by three children, Sandra, Carl and Karen Elizabeth and her siblings, Mildred, Mary, Alex, Victor, Edward, John, Henry, Annie, Freida, Harold, Reinhold, along with many in-laws. Lydia's family will be present to receive visitors on Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 10:00 AM until the time of her 11:00 AM Memorial Ceremony at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd., Hampton Twp. A reception will follow in The Wesley Room at Skorupski's. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Diabetes Association. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family online at www.skorupskis.com.
