Lydia Klemish

Passed away Monday, December 15, 2014 at the age of 97 years. Lydia Foss was born April 11, 1917 to the late Godfried and Anna Foss. She married Woodrow G. Klemish November 2, 1935. He predeceased her May 23, 2004. Lydia was a charter member of Resurrection Lutheran Church in Saginaw. She retired from Saginaw Public Schools, where she was employed as a librarian at Longfellow Elementary School. Lydia enjoyed playing bingo and cards. She also enjoyed cooking and baking. Surviving are two sons, Ronald (Shirley) Klemish and James Klemish; eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; her daughter-in-law Joyce Klemish; and many other loving family members and friends. Lydia was predeceased by her son, Donald Klemish and her daughter-in-law Karen Klemish. Rev. Kathleen Basner will officiate the funeral service at 11AM Friday, December 19, 2014 at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 2110 Brockway Road. Entombment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Mausoleum. Friends are welcome to gather with the family at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home, 1550 S. Midland Road (S.
