Margaret F. Lawton

Passed away Thursday, February 5, 2009. Age 92 years. Margaret Franc McLean was born April 6, 1916 in Detroit to the late Donald H. and Winfred H. (Orr) McLean. She married George E. Lawton February 3, 1939. He predeceased her August 4, 2002. Margaret was a member of Second Presbyterian Church and also belonged to the Eastern Star. Surviving are two sons and two daughters: Gary (Evie) Lawton, Michael (Brenda) Lawton, Karen (Mike) Janczewski, and Patti (John) Strzynski; a very caring granddaughter, Tammy Paquette; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren. Private services in care of Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home have taken place. Interment has taken place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
