  3. I have so many wonderful memory of Melanie…the one that sticks out the most is when we were in about the 8th or 9th grade in the summer and Melanie was told by her mom not to get on the moped with me ,guess what she did and she told me to slow down and didnt tell me she was getting off so sped back up and she fell off scraping up her elbow pretty bad. We had to tell her mom and we both got in trouble. I’m going to miss our times together Mel,I love you. RIP BFF

  4. Pat,Andrew, and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. God has gained another beautiful Angel, as Mel is now watching over you’s as your Guardian Angel. ~Hugs~ Wendy and Rich Baker

  5. Have lots of wonderful memories from when we were younger. Mel was a very loved and loving beautiful woman. Chuck and Andrew very sorry for your loss, sending prayers and well wishes your way.

  6. To my best friend in middle & high school.I am sorry we lost touch and now you are gone. I often thought about you and regret our lives got in the way of keeping in touch with each other. You will always be in my heart & missed even more. Love you always, Leeann (Maxwell)Gillis

  7. I have so many memories I just don’t know where to start we rock the ucer table at joe’s L house and You was my maid of honor at my wedding we had a lot of good times I missed you before but I will always remember you my friend rest in peace

  8. You brought this wonderful, bright and loving person into my life. She made the world richer and a lot more fun to be in. She loved without strings and had a laugh that lit up a room. She was the truest friend that God and Pat ever gave me. I will always be glad that she came into my life. I will love her forever and until I see her again may God keep her in his loving arms. May God give comfort and peace to those who love her. I will miss her dearly. With all my love, Lauri

  9. Melanie, you were part of our lives for more than 30 years. I remember the early days hangin’ with my brother and you on your front porch along with many other friends. The times we all spent at Stretches’ and Big Bend playing marathon sessions of lawn darts. The day we visited you during a blizzard after you had brought Andrew home for the first time. And the (VERY) blue frosting on his first birthday cake where everyone waited for him to put his hands in is hair after he played in it. The times we all spent at Ken’s and Joe’s, camping, holidays, and picnics. All these memories will never be forgotten. We know you are still with us but we don’t have the eyes and ears of angels. Until that day, you will be dearly missed.
