Nancy Jane Miller

Loving wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Saturday June 26, 2010. Age 64 years. Nancy Jane Dashkovitz was born January 24, 1946 in Saginaw to the late Richard and Mary Jane (George) Dashkovitz. She married Michael Frawley and he predeceased her. Nancy later married Donald L. Miller. He survives her. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Nancy was a 1964 Arthur Hill graduate and enjoyed golfing. She was employed by Sears for 25 years and later by Catholic Federal Credit Union for eight years.Surviving besides her husband are her daughter, Christine (Ralph) Frawley-River and their children Louie Michael, Megan, Chrisma and Ralph; Don's children, Annette Haffling and her daughter Sabrina, Don Miller II and his daughter Abby, and Christopher Miller; six brothers and sisters, Alice Beyer, Lois Freeland, Richard, Walter, Dennis, and Verne Dashkovitz; her mother-in-law, Shirley Frawley and her children, Susan Johnson, Mary Martini, Richard, Timothy, David, and Thomas Frawley; one brother-in-law, Charlie (Linda) Miller; and many other loving family members and friends. Nancy was predeceased by a sister-in-law, Peggy Frawley.Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11AM Wednesday June 30, 2010 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Rd. Fr. David L. Parsch will officiate. Interment will take place at St. Andrews Catholic Cemetery. Friends are welcome to gather with the family at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home on S. Midland Rd. (M-47) on Tuesday from 12-8 PM and at the church on Wednesday one hour before the service. A prayer vigil will be held 7PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
