Paul L. Stevens, Jr., 54, of Bay City, our beloved brother, uncle and friend passed away on the morning of Friday, January 16, 2015 at McLaren Bay Region. Paul was born in Bay City on September 3, 1960, the son of the late Paul Sr. and Thelma (Hebert) Stevens. An avid Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions fan, Paul will always be remembered for his love of sports, especially baseball. He was a gifted florist and enjoyed spending time in the outdoors fishing, along with spending time with family and friends. Paul is survived by his siblings, Floyd and wife, Lucy Beauchamp, Cheryl Martinez, Bruce and wife, Deb Raymond and Debra Raymond, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, Paul was welcomed home to heaven by five sisters. A Memorial Ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at New Hope Baptist Church, 3660 Midland Rd., Bay City. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family. Final arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd., Hampton Twp. Paul was born in Bay City on September 3, 1960, the son of the late Paul Sr. and Thelma (Hebert) Stevens.
