Phyllis Arlene Filiatraut

Filiatraut, Phyllis A. Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Friday, August 19, 2011. Age 85 years. Phyllis Arlene Jahnke was born January 6, 1926 in Saginaw, Michigan to Otto and Marie (Smith) Jahnke. She married Robert V. Filiatraut on October 30, 1948. They shared 63 years together. He survives her. Mrs. Filiatraut was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Saginaw.Surviving besides her husband, she leaves her son Robert (Vera) Filiatraut, and one granddaughter Sara, and many other loving family members and friends.Phyllis was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Funeral service will take place 11AM Monday, August 22, 2011 at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home, 1550 S. Midland Rd. (S-M47). Rev. Carl Otto will officiate with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends and family are welcome to gather at the funeral home on Sunday from 12noon to 6PM, and on Monday one hour before the funeral.
