Roger Dale Qualls, Jr., of Bay City, formerly of Mansfield, Arkansas, died suddenly on April 6, 2013 at the age of 26. Roger was born in Clarksville, Arkansas on June 22, 1986. With a smile that would light up the whole room, Roger's kind heart, generous and giving personality, along with his wonderful laugh will never be forgotten by those who loved him. He was a man who would do anything, for anyone and enjoyed making a positive impact on the young ones, especially his nephews. Roger leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother and father, Betty and Jessie Goss; siblings, Kristy and Scott Qualls, April, Jessie, Tim and Matthew Goss and Tanya South. He was the loving uncle of Jordan, Austin and Jeffrey. Roger is also survived by his best buddy, Patches. Roger was welcomed home to heaven by his grandparents, Tommy and Icie Hobbs and Jessie and Willene Goss.
