Ronald "Ronnie" Richard Cieslinski

January 1, 2019
Ronald "Ronnie" Richard Cieslinski, 69, of Bay City, our loving, gentle, fun, and easy-going father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend passed away on April 13, 2019. Ronnie was born in Bay City on August 14, 1949, the son of the late Anthony and Theresa (Musialowski) Cieslinski. In 1972, Ronnie was united in marriage to the former Deborah "Daisy" Schatzer, the love of his life. They shared forty years together until her death in 2012. Ronnie enjoyed volunteerism, especially with the Child Abuse & Neglect (CAN) Council, boating, fishing, his beloved motorcycle, camping, his toy hauler, and his four-wheeler. Most of all, he enjoyed family. His family brought him great joy and a reason to continue to live. Just being Ronnie: silly, dancing to rock music, working in the yard, fishing, cooking out with family, making pickled beets, camping, or sharing time with his family and friends, were the things he loved most in life. He was a great father, father-in-law, son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, and grandfather. They each shared in the things he loved and each helped to enrich his life. Ronnie leaves to carry on his legacy, his three children: Amie (Peter) Newman, Richard (Jackie) Cieslinski, and Jennifer Cieslinski Rivette; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas Cieslinski, many loving nieces and nephews, and dear friends, Tony and Steve. Each and every one shared in the things he loved and helped to enrich his life. In addition to his parents and his wife, Ronnie was welcomed home to heaven by his infant son, "Little Ronnie" and his siblings, Delores Sleeper, Eugene Cieslinski, and John "Jack" Cieslinski. Ronnie was loved by many and will be missed by all. There is no way to express the love people had for Ronnie; we will all miss you eternally. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place this summer at his home in Bay City. Memorial contributions may be directed to the CAN Council. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family online at www.skorupskis.com.

So Sorry For Your Loss ….Many Hugs Being Sent Your Way
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. May they find peace during a rough time. May Ronald rest in peace and be an angel always watching over them.
Ronnie was a great friend, and neighbor in Caseville. I have many great memories of Ronnie from the first day I met him yelling at me, while racing my bike up and down his masonry, dirt pile when they built their house to the day I had my first beer after helping him dig up his septic field (for the second time). I used to love hearing my Dad and him go at each other about who was the best walleye fisherman as they both cleaned their catch from the morning outing. He will be missed, but not forgotten…..
