Theodore E. Kuznicki

Passed away peacefully Monday November 30, 2015. Age 92 years. Theodore was born July 10, 1923 in Bay City to the late Teofil and Minnie (Fierbach ) Kuznicki. He married Jackie Ortman April 25, 1949 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She predeceased him January 18, 2013. Ted served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired from General Motors in 1985 after 41 years of service. Ted was a member of St. Francis de Sales (formerly St. Christopher) Parish in Bridgeport. Surviving are his son, Bruce (Mary) Kuznicki; granddaughter, Katie Kuznicki; great grandson, Brandon; two brothers, Leo Kuznicki and Richard (Tandy) Lane; and many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends. Ted was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. The family wishes to thank the staff at New Hope Valley Assisted Living for the compassionate care Ted received. Fr. John Mancini, OSFS will officiate the funeral service 11AM Thursday December 3, 2015 at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home, 1550 Midland Road (S. M-47) in Saginaw. Entombment will take place at Oakwood Mausoleum. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home on Wednesday December 2nd from 2PM-4PM and 6PM-8PM, and on Thursday one hour before the funeral.
