Thomas Paul Maciejewski, 78, of Bay City, our gentle, loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend was born into eternal life on the afternoon of Monday, May 4, 2015 at the Toni & Trish House. Tom was born in Bay City on July 20, 1936, the son of the late Paul and Irene (Gatza) Maciejewski. On August 8, 1959, Tom was united in marriage to the former Carol Marie Janowiak. 1. Dear Carol, we were so sorry to hear of Tom’s death. He always had this awesome smile on his face. May the many happy memories you had with Tom bring comfort to you and your family. May the Angels welcome him to Paradise. Rest in Peace Tom.

  2. My name is Greg Hubner. I work and Delta College and got to know Tom through the training we offered for the tax preparation VITA program. Tom was such a great guy! He gave so much of his time to the Program. In recent years, he even allowed and encouraged Delta students to volunteer at the Bay City site. I got many comments from those students, and they were all the same….”Tom is great. He is very helpful and is always very patient with me as I learn how to prepare tax returns.”

I wish you and your family all the best.

    In sympathy,
    Greg

  3. My sister and I grew up in Tommy’s old neighborhood. We had a lot of fun with his siblings and my cousins who lived there too. Those were the good ole days! May he rest in peace with God and the angels until we meet again. Patsy Lauer Parent

  4. Dear Carol and family,
We are in total shock, the guy that has been the one that was always healthy and full of life, can’t believe he is gone from you all. We hope to come to the visitation. We are so sorry for your loss and will be thinking of you and praying for your strengthening during this very difficult time.
