  1. I was saddened when I read about Bill. My maiden name is Janis Bjorem and I grew up two houses away from Mac, David and Bill. Mac Holka was my mother’s very dear friend. I can hear her talking about her Bill (that is what she called him). I remember Bill’s kids being there (Billy, Sandy, Tony) and I got to know their Aunt Gina. My heartfelt sympthany to his children and want them to know that I have many good memories of the times on Broadway St. in Bay City and the Holkas. Janis
