Arlene Marie Morse Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Arlene Marie (Marovich) Morse, 84, of Bay City, our loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was born into eternal life peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, June 24, 2022 at Brian's House. Arlene was born in Vassar on April 8, 1938, the daughter of the late Rudolph and Margaret (Straub) Marovich. She graduated from St. James High School. Through friends, she met John Morse. They dated, fell in love, and were united in marriage on June 28, 1958, making countless memories and sharing much love over their 63 years of marriage. Arlene was a faithful parishioner of St. Jude Thaddeus Parish. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends at their cabin. Arlene will be deeply missed by her loving husband, John; their children, Connie (Robert) Cieslinski, Sharon (Douglas) Adamczyk, and Tammy (Donald) Lemmer; grandchildren, Ashley Adamczyk, Austin Adamczyk, Jacob (Ashlee) Lemmer, Logan Lemmer and Braydon Lemmer; great-grandchildren, Liam, Carlee, and Lennon; in-laws; James (Jeanette) Hollenbeck and Wilma (Billie) Bush, along with many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Arlene was preceded in death by her daughter, Jill Morse; sister, Margaret VanPelt; brother, Gary Marovich, and mother-in-law, Mary Ann Taylor. Arlene's family will be present to receive visitors on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Vigil at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 821 N. Pine Rd., between Ridge & Center. On Thursday, June 30, 2022, Arlene will be taken to St. Jude Thaddeus Parish (St. John the Evangelist Church), 614 Pine St., Essexville, where visiting will continue from 10:00 AM until the time of her 11:00 AM Funeral Liturgy. Fr. Dale Orlik will preside with a reception to follow in The Wesley Room at Skorupski's. The Rite of Committal will be held privately at St. Patrick Cemetery.
