Dawn Marie Davidson, 63, of Bay City, our kind, big-hearted, generous and most loving mom, grandma, sister and loyal friend was born into eternal life on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at McLaren Bay Region with her family by her side. Dawn was born in Bay City on March 10, 1959 to the late George and Henrietta (Clymer) Klopp. Dawn was always willing to give the shirt off her back and her last few dollars to anyone who needed them. Dawn loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the lights of her life. Dawn was passionate about cooking and known as the cook of the neighborhood. She could make anything taste delicious and always had people asking for more. Dawn's heart of gold and compassionate nature will live on in the hearts of her family for generations to come. Leaving to carry on Dawn's legacy is her son, Robert (Ashley) Davidson III; grandchildren, Riliegh and Cameron Davidson; sisters, Debra (Jack) McDonald and Marjorie (Jerry) Surprenant, and nephew, Dan Klopp. In addition to her parents, Dawn was welcomed home to Heaven by her brother, Ray Klopp, and the love of her life, Robert Davidson, Jr. Private arrangements have been entrusted to Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 821 N. Pine Rd., between Ridge & Center. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Ceremony will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
