Ethel Elaine Beyer

Ethel Elaine Beyer, 77, of Essexville, Michigan passed away peacefully due to complications from an injury on Friday July 10, 2020 with family by her side. Ethel was the daughter of the late Fred and Ethel Myers of Florida. Ethel met the love of her life, James F. Beyer, and they wed October 21, 1961. They were married for 49 years until his death in 2010. Ethel had a very bright personality that touched everyone that interacted in her life. She would make others laugh with jokes and would speak her mind. Ethel is preceded in death by her husband, James Francis Beyer, her sister, Beverly Gould, and four brothers, Rev. Donald Holsinger, Ronald Holsinger, Errol Holsinger and Noel Holsinger. She leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Julia Rohde and a son, James G. Beyer; four grandchildren, Anthony James, Austin Christopher, Layla Faith, and Malakii James. Ethel enjoyed spending time with family and enjoyed playing word or casino style games. She loved poetry and had several poems nationally published. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
