Paulette Margretta Weidman Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Paulette Margretta Weidman, 61, of Saginaw, our loving mother, grandmother, daughter, dedicated life partner, unicorn figure connoisseur, and lover of sweets died Saturday February 5th, 2022, with her two sons by her side. Her last actions on this earth were dancing with her new medical aid she had just met, eating a pink frosted sugar cookie, and rewatching “Heartland,” a show she had finished many times. Paulette met sadness and hardship with laughter, struggle with dancing, and warmed the hearts of all she met with a contagious smile. She would want us to enjoy the sweet things in life, dance more and laugh when things get hard. She will be missed dearly. Paulette is survived by her life partner, William Miller; sons, Johnathan and Brian; daughters-in-law, Charity and Tess; mother, Carol Shooltz; younger brother, Craig Shooltz; sisters-in-law, Patricia and Patsy; four grandchildren, Liam, Orson, Camden, and Owen, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Shooltz, and brother, Dennis Shooltz, whom she loved very much. Paulette's family will be present to receive visitors on Sunday, February 13, 2022, from 2:00 PM until her 4:00 PM Memorial Ceremony at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1550 Midland Rd., between State & Gratiot.
